Versions older than Ableton 12 incompatible

It doesn’t seem to make any difference when changing the version of Ableton in settings. I’ve tried selecting both 10 & 11 (my Roomate uses 10 suite and Im on 11 suite) and neither version uploads the theme we created when exported. Both themes on both versions just turn out grey no matter what colors were used when created.

Request: Additional View Previews for Skin Creation in LiveThemes

Hi, I wanted to suggest adding a section or menu that allows users to preview different areas of Ableton while creating a skin. For example, the automation view, the EQ Eight display, and other sections that currently can’t be seen when changing colors. This would help make the skin adjustments more accurate and avoid inconsistencies in areas that aren’t visible during the editing process. Thanks for considering it!

Critical Bug: Login, Password Reset, and Account Deletion Failures

Description of the Issue I am encountering multiple critical issues related to authentication and account management, leading to instability and loss of control over my account data. The main symptoms are the inability to log in with my known password, a broken but functional password reset loop, and the complete absence of an account deletion option. 1. Login Failure (Initial Issue) Expected Behavior: I should be able to log in successfully using my registered email and the correct password. Observed Behavior: Login attempts with the correct, known password consistently fail. I am forced to use the "Forgot Password" flow to access the application. 2. Broken Password Reset Loop (Inconsistent State) This issue occurs immediately after the login failure, as it is the only way to gain access: I initiate the "Forgot Password" process and receive the reset link via email. I click the link in the email, which should take me to a page to set a new password or log me in securely. Unexpectedly: The application displays an error message, often indicating that the link has expired or is invalid. Critical Anomaly: Despite the "link expired/invalid" error message being visible, I am simultaneously logged into my account and redirected to the main dashboard/profile page. This confirms the system is in an unstable state where the authentication succeeds even though the validation step fails. 3. Missing Account Deletion Option Expected Behavior: A clear and functional option to delete the user account should be available on the profile settings page to allow users to remove their data. Observed Behavior: The option or button to delete the account is entirely missing from the profile settings. There is no visible method provided to initiate the account deletion process. Impact These combined issues result in: Inability to use standard login procedure. System is in an unpredictable, authenticated state after an apparent error. Complete inability to permanently remove my account and associated data.
